Dylan Gleason

Born and raised in Del Mar, Dylan brings a strong understanding of San Diego’s coastal communities and a lifelong appreciation for the Southern California real estate market.

Dylan is a recent graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and a minor in Real Property Development. His academic background gave him a strong foundation in investment analysis, development strategy, and the fundamentals of real estate ownership.

Prior to joining CCG, Dylan gained experience at ColRich as a Capital Markets Intern, where he was exposed to multifamily transactions totaling approximately $100 million in volume. He also previously worked as a brokerage intern in the retail sector, giving him a well-rounded perspective across multiple areas of commercial real estate.

With a background in finance, development, and brokerage, Dylan brings an analytical and relationship-driven approach to every client interaction. His coastal roots, market knowledge, and commitment to service allow him to help clients identify opportunities and make informed real estate decisions.
